DTOcean partners represent eleven European countries. Each partner is actively engaged in the development of ocean energy arrays. A representation from a broad range of Member States consolidates the expertise from each partner to provide a solid base for development. It can be seen that the proposed partners offer a balanced consortium with expertise in all of the relevant areas necessary for the development of design tools for ocean energy arrays.
